Chromaluxe sublimation: To Hot? Time? Vent?

Been having a hard time with this size of panels. The smaller ones 16" or less come out great. In the image is a 20 x 30. It is well vented with the proper fabric. 120 Seconds at 400F. Letting them cool all the way down.

What is causing the black to look like this? Burned? Not long enough heat?

Are you using any fabric over the metal when pressing? Enduro fabric is good for catching ghosted images, this possibly could be moisture.

With Justin here. When I printed these (up to A2 size) I prepressed the panels with chip shop paper (2 sheets) on top and it would always be moist. Next print but again with chip shop paper on top.
