Try using rich snippets.
well for that you need to use rich snippet.
These all comes under digital SEO.
A highlighted post (this is designated "Position Zero" in search since it is in the included scrap region at the top. The second thing we see is the image, which came from an alternate site.

SEO is the answer. But it's tough doing it alone. You can start by reading info on it, a LOT. Start with this article by Gerrid Smith to get an idea.
