    Richoh SG3110dn error code: (SC92000)

Hi Guys. Has anyone ever come across this error. It just won't go away. I have tried turning the printer on and off and it disappears for a bit and all looks good and then it reappears with the red light on. Please help. Thanks. Jin

Hi. There's no such error code in the service manual. Have you typed it in correctly?

I can only find 4 codes beginning with 9 ...

Ah - yes it typed it in wrong. It should be SC93200. However I have just found the answer in case anyone else has it from this link https://care.sawgrassink.com/hc/en-u...ror-Code-Guide.

    • Error 93200If you have received this error, your printer might not have proper ventilation.
To resolve this error, follow the steps below:
    • First, make sure there is enough space surrounding the printer so that it can have proper ventilation. Just like us, our printers need to be able to breathe!
    • Next, power the printer off and leave the printer off for at least an hour.
    • Finally, you want to check your cooling fan to make sure that it is working properly.
    • To find the cooling fan, look on the left side of the printer next to the USB and Ethernet connection ports.
