What is an ethically sourced mug?
Do you mean 'not made in China'? I'd be interested in this too!
Depends on how you define things really ... Raja make and coat their own mugs in Thailand (in their own factories) and have offices/warehousing in UK and Europe.
How ethically they run those factories/treat their staff I don't know, but at least you are dealing with one company end-to-end.
