You mentioned compatible cartridge - you have replaced the inks with sublimation ink?

What make of inks are you using? Are you sure it's subli ink? With you mentioning a 'compatible' cartridge it just made me wonder.

The SX415 isn't an officially supported printer but do a search and you may find a few posts on here about it.

    You're not using sublimation ink.

You need sublimation ink - any other ink won't sublimate

No problem. All depends on your budget. You could start cheaply by using Epson S21/D88 etc. with refil carts, otherwise you'll find packages on the supplier websites (top of this forum) showing all supported printers, inks etc. Not cheap to set up initially but you should make the money back pretty quickly.
