You could add Q-tag to the list. They're incredibly cheap!

Yeah that's a good list, I'll have to have a mooch through.
We get carton on singles + free delivery from BTC, so I'd be happy to act as an interim if that helps anyone? Though our sales will put margin on it.
Mods, if i've stepped over the line by offering that, please feel free to digitally spank me. The only reason I do, is I know how difficult it can be to get decent rates off suppliers for smaller orders.

johnny, why should everyone get the same rates ?? surely people that buy and use more should pay less than one offs - even tesco does that, look at the price for one can and the price for 2 cans ?? it right royally p@sses me off that someone who dabbles and a big order is 20 t shirts can pay the same as someone who does 100 Shirts as a small order and keeps good stock levels themselves.

mrs maggot, I think that depends on the supplier as to whether they charge static or variable. The benefits for large companies come when they can supply quantities in 10k, 20k range, and have the spending power behind them to negotiate on price, and the finance to reduce margins with minimal risk. For one or two t-shirts it doesn't make much difference since you're charging two/three times cost price, but on 1000's, 5p or 10p can make a big difference. Saying that, I don't think it's unfair to offer a product to someone cheaper than they can get it elsewhere, even if it's the same place that we would get it. Where BTC can't supply the quantity we want/don't have the stock, we'll go straight to FTL, but if someone came on who put an extra 5 steps between us and them and could offer it cheaper than going direct, then we'll take it.
