If it's 100% polyester surface, in principal yes. Do you know if the mat has anything inside? i.e. something that might melt! Always good to get a test bank to work with :-)

[h=Product Description]3[/h] This is a blank playmat measuring 24” x 14” (plus or minus 0.25") with a approximate thickness of 1/16”. Handy, this custom playmat can be rolled or folded to fit in backpacks or just simply hand-carried. It is a perfect gift item for your friends, family, and other fellow duelists! Not only can this playmat accommodate your most expensive cards, it can also be used as a mouse/keyboard pad.

Could be like mousemat material, where did you get the description from? Do you have a printer/press large enough to do this item bearing in mind you need to go slightly larger?

Several printers around that will do this size, but fewer flat bed presses of this size. You're moving into custom made size presses or roller presses - I do know of a customer who has a flat bed press that will do 44" wide prints, but these are few and far between.
