Sounds like you are too hot. What temp are you using? Normally 15-20 seconds is long enough at around 160 degrees, but t-shirt flex times do vary.

Is it just on the vinyl or on the t as well? If it's just on the vinyl allow it to cool a bit before removing the backing.

pluggy, as was mentioned in another post, until we know what vinyl you are using its hard to comment, but as said before by me and also on this post by BMS that seems way too long for any companies vinyl. i have some thats 160 12 secs and cold peel and some thats 170 10 secs hot peel, and i have the 123 flex, the only flex i have where it has a very sticky backing sheet, are the flourescents & the reflective, but putting the teflon sheet over and repressing sorts this out.

Bison, thats what we are saying, without knowing which flex he has - or which company its from, its very hard to know correct settings for him.

Why bother messing around, just bin it, buy some new from a good supplier and follow the instructions, if you can't solve a problem like that, then you've got no chance in this business.
