    Flex on High Viz Waistcoat

    Hi All

Can you advise me on what type of flex to use for printing on 100% polyester high viz waistcoats.

Can I use cotton flex or should I use nylo flex ---- or does it not matter?

    Your help is appreciated

    Brian

I use the xpres ultra cut or super flex.

I've never tried sublimating onto hi viz - what sort of times do you give them?

I give them 60 seconds at 190. Bear in mind though that there may be a slight variation in the finished colour because the base is yellow, ( not tried the orange ) . Works fine for the ones I have done because the colour has been predominantly black. I only do it if the logo is too complex to cut out of flex, or more than one colour.
