Right im having a little difficulty in setting this up on my pc, GOLDCUT JK Series driver will not go onto windows 8 has anyone else put a Chinese cutter like this onto a new pc with 8 on it? it wont let me install the driver, i will go and get my laptop out of caravan in a min and try it on windows 7, im using instructions from lovecut refine cutters

In my control panel under devices and printers my cutter appears as UNSPECIFIED and USB-SERIAL CH340 (COM4)
can anyone tell me if this means my pc has recognised my vinyl cutter and is ready for software.?
yes it is. jus in software setup make sure your cutter is set for com4.

im getting there slowly, signblazer is playing up now, but before i try and cut something does anyone know what lights should be on or off on the cutter?Attachment 1746

Hi, We have moved to France from the UK and have been trying to reset up our KH-720 cutter. I have unfortunately lost disk 1 but still have disk 2 with Artcut on it.
Can anyone advise where I might be able to get the drivers for my cutter.

Is it just the USB driver? I have one for an old cutter here but it was a 721 model, wonder if it might work?
