I would like to say a massive thanks to Martin at BMS and Sawgrass for all there help over the last few weeks.
Last October I purchased a Ricoh SG3110DN to replace my previous sub printer, after initial teething problems (adjusting times and temps) it has proven to be a brilliant printer with outstanding results leaving me with 1000's of happy customers. unfortunately over the last couple of weeks I have run in to a few problems. After numerous emails and phone conversations with BMS who have relayed information between myself and Sawgrass to reach a solution for the issues I have had.
I would recommend anyone thinking of diving into the sublimation world to always get a supported system and would strongly recommend purchasing through BMS. Without there help the issues I have experienced would of cost me 100's to put right. I'm sure many would agree BMS' customer Service is outstanding.
