    Carton Outer Sleeves

Needing to source some card outers for Listawood's 4 way mug boxes.
These need to be printed full colour in either glossy or satin, possibly laminated.

approx dimensions of sheet is 20.5cm x 66cm, with 4 scored folds

Our normal print company initally said they could do it and then changed their minds when they realised the size.

Card stock normally used for this is like that used for cereal packets.

Not sure if anyone here is already set up for this type of work, already does it, or can recommend where we could go for a good deal.

The boxes we're using are these:

I did something similar for a book trilogy. As the customer only wanted 100 copies it was easier and cheaper to hand make them.

I purchased box board (from Cera I think), designed the template and scored all the folds and cut the edges on the board. I then printed on to 80 micron vinyl gloss which is then cut to shape automatically on the versacam, then using application tape stuck it to the box board and glued together.

The end result was perfect and looked just as good as a machine made one.

I only post this because if you do not need that many then perhaps that might the answer?

Am about to PM you about something else by the way!!!
