Morning folks - I hope you can help me,
I use a Ricoh 3110 DN and have no issues printing hundreds of mugs.
I've recently had to have it replaced (like for like) as it was faulty.
Continued to print out my usual transfers and this is what's happened.
I've double check that I've got the paper in the right side up. Nothing else has changed - mugs, press, pressing time etc is the same. The inks look identical.
Any help greatly appreciated - I have a backlog of orders to get out. Our usual mug on the left in the pic and the new one on the right,
