Why does this happen a pink smudge on mugs

    Hello Everyone
I'm having issues when sublimating mugs. There is a pink smudge or clouding around the writing Even on Images with no black ink See attachments
It does not happen all the time. It could be 1 in 20mugs or 5 out of 20 mugs or perfect with no problems doing 20 mugs all at the same time and printed on the same day and left to air dry for 2 hours before sublimating.
Printed on an epson L1800 with an icc profile from affinity designer software. Perfect nossle check on printer
Inks are ink experts SubliNova Smart and are indate to March 2022
Paper is Ink Experts 120 gsm style
Mug press J trans Bms Supplies 5 years old but never used till September 2020. (a late starter lol)
    Mugs are Mdp orcal coating
Base of Mugs warmed up on heater before sublimating
    150 degree idle
180 degrees for 145 seconds peeled straight away when they come of the press and air cooled.
Paper stored in a plastic box with a lid on it and Silcone Gel in the box.
I've tried sublimation direct mugs, Bms Mugs, and Listawood Mugs same problem.
Also tired inkexpress subli-sharp paper and true pix paper.
I just can't figure this out why it happens and asking the experts what else I can try.
    Thanks Shane
