Print orientation horizontal instead of vertical for mugs

    Hello,

I'm using Adobe Illustrator for Windows and a Rocoh SG 3100DNw to print onto mug sized sublimation paper. The printout is 90 degrees and squashed to the paper width - please see attachment image.

My Illustrator artboard is 241W x 102H. The print media in Illustrator is custom 102W x 241H with AutoRotate and the preview image looks lined up (see other attached image). When first tried to print, the Ricoh printer said that there was a paper size mismatch so I changed the Custom Size setting within the printer to be 102W x 241H (it wouldn't let me put it the other way round). As you can see from the first image, it's printing out with the wrong orientation.

I have tried setting it to landscape and a few other settings but nothing wants to turn it. As it's for sublimation I have set Emulsion: Down (Right Reading).

    Please help!

    Thanks,
    Andy
