Hi all,

I've just bought a new sublimation printer as my last one gave up the ghost. However I'm about to throw this one out the window!

I've downloaded the drivers but in my "settings" it says the driver is unavailable.

I've downloaded the ICC profiles but when I right click and click to install, nothing happens.

I'm really rubbish at this and I don't understand what I'm doing wrong!

If you know what the problem is, please assume I have no knowledge at all, I honestly can't overstate how little I understand all this :/
