    Ignore the colours on the paper, they are irrelevant. This is why you must have an icc profile for your printer. Sawgrass will have one for your printer (assuming it's a supported model) on their site, downloading and installing that will produce far better results.

    If they are still not acceptable then get a custom one made as described above.

    we used the sawgrass one. never had a problem.

    Powerdriver simply manages different profiles for you. You can download specific profiles from SG website if you want to use outside Powerdriver. If these still don't work get SG tech support on it, get them to dial in and check your settings.

    You're paying a premium for SG products, one reason for this is the tech support backup, get your moneys worth!

    Nic520, you bought custom ICC from me. next day you opened paypal dispute to get money back as ICC not received (!!!), and now you bombarding me with emails to help you?

    I am guessing it looks right on your screen which is not calibrated. Most people have the screen brightness turned up for easier viewing but this gives a false impression of what the print will be like. Try creating an adjustment layer (brightness/contrast) in Photoshop and add +10 or +15 brightness to start with. The image on your screen will now look too bright but should print correctly. As UKPM said get a profile and also consider a screen calibrator.
