My first thoughts....are you using definitely using sublimation ink? Are you using sublimation paper? Are you printing to a polyester T-Shirt?

We need details to help, printer, inks, paper type etc. Nozzle check ok? Printed anything else successfully?

Sublimation 101 - You need a T-Shirt with a high polyester content for the process to work, ideally 100% polyester on the outside but will work with less.

CIE inks and paper are absolutely fine. They're all I've used for the last 4 years.

You need to be printing on 100% WHITE POLYESTER for best results. Are you using the CIE ICC Profile to print with? What graphics software are you using? Have you set your press to Celsius and not Fahrenheit?

Settings on my heat press is on Celsius so that is good I hope there not swaped in factory settings .talking about software I use inncscape and had a couple of images from website so printed out.
