    Shrink Wrap

    Hi

I have just purchased a smart oven as I would like to sublimate some decorative plates.

I am unable to get the shrink wrap to wrap it just crumples even on a low setting and at a distace.
The heat gun is also new and came with the oven.

    Thank you in advance.

Your better off with a 3D press if you want to do plates(ST-3042 for example) , shrinkwrap will just pull tight and wont give any pressure on the actual image -> surface, where as a 3d will, still a nightmare to do hence we stopped doing them. trying to get paper to crease with curves in multiple directions often ends up with a small crease.

If your just looking for something small in the center of a plate - you could try putting a small teflon pillow or similar on top of the image to help it compress into the surface when the shrinkwrap is applied.
