    sub printing on resin - is it possible?

    is it possible to print onto resin items? has anyone tried it? any advise would be appreciated - thanks

    hi, sorry for not explaining - I make coasters from polyester resin mixed with stone powder so they look like stone but are very strong, I was wondering if i could sub print onto them

    Not sure how good the final print would be - I think it would depend on the purity of the polyester. Worth a try though and i'd be interested in the results.

    What's the downside to an experiment? Only your cost of the coaster. So long as you cover the base of your heat press press with greaseproof paper and cover the top of the coaster as you press then if it all melts you don't make a mess.
