3 or 4 colour layers with cut vinyl can be a real pain in the backside in my experience. You need ideally a lightbox to view 'through' the backing paper of the first layer. Then you need good accurate registration marks on every colour you cut and good eyes and accurate hands for layering up. The other thing is getting the overlap cuts right so you don't end up with a 'mountain' of vinyl...ie 3 or 4 layers as this will look awful. 2 layers is ok but any more and it looks...IMO horrible.

If you reconsider and want something printed drop me a pm and I'll see what I can offer. I use a Roland Versacamm SP-300 solvent ink printer/cutter so it's industry standard material/print.
