Question solid colour on Flip case problems

I'm having (expensive!) problems with the flip cases. No matter what settings I adjust, I just can't get a decent print. There are always white areas top left and bottom left. Granted they are less at stupidly unsafe high pressure, but still not good enough. Besides, these are supposed to print at "medium" pressure. Has anyone had a similar problem and how did you solve it?

I've had ideal results going with heavy pressure, 195c for 80 seconds.
