I have changed my settings and printed a few mugs since my original post. I set the time for 60 seconds at 200c, I stick the mug in the press as the mug will suck out any heat and take a lot of heat out the press, I leave the mug in until it press hits subli temp and then 60 seconds count down, seems to be perfect every time. all in all I would say that it is almost 3 minutes in the press, from the drop in temp, heating back up then 60 seconds press time.
