Adkins Studio Ez Auto Clam Heat Press Help Needed

Last week I bought a Adkins Studio Ez Auto Clam heat press from Express and it looks a great bit of kit. As a newbie to the printing business I am wondering if someone could help me with times and temps to press things at, any advice is welcome

Vinyl will be about 12 seconds and 150° but all companies will say on site

And same for sublimation most sites tell you how to do things

Plus xpres have a download with the sub times for their items. Just have a look on the website, it's all there.
