Re: Replacement Parts

Post by Vinylman »

Hi guys, I am looking for a replacement part for my mug press. It is the bit that you tighten or losen depending on the hug or bottle you are pressing. It doesn't seem long enough to get a tight fit for water bottles but is spot on for mugs.

Some advice would be great.

Cheers in advance:wink:

Think silicone sheet or rubber cut to size should allow you to do bottles, I'll try and find eBay link.

Cool, I have a teflon sheet but thought there would be a longer bolt that fits so I can do them all without change sleeves etc. If that makes sense

It still wouldn't tighten, you need to decrease the interior dimensions with a sheet.

there are old presses about designed for 11oz mugs - don't grip the 10oz - unless you find an engineer so sort I don't think you will find the mod
