Newbie issues with print not transfering

Hello all,

Im new here.
I have a ricoh 7100 and flat heat press and I printed my first 2 coasters brilliantly! All was going well but since the first 2 I seem to be having real issues!
The ink doesnt seem to transfer to the coaster leaving me with a blurred and faded image on the coaster.

Can anyone help please? Im sure its something simple im doing wrong but cant pin point what it is especially when the first 2 printed/pressed fine

Have you checked that the coasters do not have the protective film still on them? Sounds obvious, but many of us have made that mistake at some time or another!

As above sounds like the film is still on
