I'd be more pro-active personally and listen to the feedback :-)

True. Business is business, and you can't afford to rest on your laurels.

Hi Justin,

Please could you PM me the details, we got some from a supplier and would love to compare them. We were also put off sublimetals by the initial costs of samples and postage.

Interesting watching this thread grow.

I must admit I did try an ebayer for sublimation aluminium and while cheap and good postage rates the cut was not as neat and tidy as sublimetals which I've gone back to.

I have to admit that their postage is very high - even without paying the extra for priority treatment :). I think the only supplier I use with a higher postage cost is NovaChrome and they are just hilarious on courier costs. :)

I think it now costs about £14.00 for 20 mouse mats to be delivered. That and the unbearable smell has led me to drop printing mouse mats.

Hello,

Just wondered if people have had things delivered yet and what they think? Also a gentle nudge to Justin, or anyone who could PM me the details of this company. I want to try and make some wall plaques with a central hole to display a commemorative coin. Its a limited edition run and I thought could look pretty decent like this.

I won't post the details as Justin has kept it via PM so far.

I had a delivery to test but the jury is still out as far as I am concerned.

Will give it a couple more days before I give my findings though you will probably have to order a minimum of 25 for a particular size and pay carriage, which might influence your decision.

Couple of members reporting communications are very slow. I've put a fair few customers into them so I'd expect them to at least have the decency to email back within a realistic time frame!
