If you have a query about Business Services and Online Mail Supplies, please visit our Business Support page or contact our customer service at business.customer.service@royalmail.com.

Just off the phone to them, explaining that I've been waiting two weeks. She tells me to re-order and if it hasn't come after 5 business days, ring them on the 6th day and they'll escalate it.

Can you not escalate this order instead?

No.

I had similar problems last year with the delivery of sacks and kept on getting the fob of. So I said, fine, please that this as a formal complaint and put it in the hands of the formal complaints people. Blow me if the sacks didn't arrive the very next day!!

We once ordered the wrong thermal labels from Parcel Force, and after much enquiring, discovered there wasn't a way to send them back, so they all ended up in the bin I think!
