Hi, Just about pulling my hair out with this. I did contact Ink Express, as this where I buy the ink and carts, unfortunately the technician is no longer there. Can anyone offer an opinion of what could be causing the lines in the print out. I'm using Epson 1500w, I've carried out head alignment, head clean, changed paper settings from plain paper to Archival matte. I can get a good nozzle check then print the chart and the lines are there again. I've also just swapped the carts from my R360, which are compatible, still the same problem. I am waiting for external waste tank, don't know if installing that would make any difference. Thanks in advance for any help

Hi Johnellisimages,
This would be the former technician of which you speak.
We have moved on as you can see, but hopefully I can help sort this our for you.
If you want to send me a direct message with a few pictures of your setup (printer, CISS, tubing, cartridges, etc), a picture of your nozzle pattern, and a picture of your alignment pattern I'll do my very best to get you up and running again.
How long have you had the printer now?
