SG400 --- Black and Cyan not printing

There is a new error now. Paper misfeed, open top cover. But there is definitely no paper jam. Any idea?

Issue resolved.

Still experiencing the 28000 error during head flush. Which I believe is needed in order to get the new inks into the printer head to print all the colours! But it just KEEPS FAILING during print flush!

Now getting error 20242 on start-up. Any ideas?
