10 oz mug or 11 oz mug ?
Re: 10 oz mug or 11 oz mug ?
If you had to choose between carrying either one or the other, which size mug would you choose, and why?

10oz. The only 11oz we do are the ones with inner colours. 10oz easier to buy, cheaper and often better coated in our experience. Lots of posts on which 10oz members prefer.

11oz Because I can't fit a whole biscuit in a 10oz, and it just slides in a 11oz mug.
P.S I'm talking Chocolate Digestive not Cookie.

Mentioning no names (!)
There are two popular suppliers who each do 10 oz but the actual physical sizes are different with the mug press needing a fair amount of adjustment between the two for circumference (although height appears identical).
According to the supplier of the narrower version theirs are genuinely 10 oz whilst their competitors are effectively about somewhere between 10 and 11.
I've never actually measured capacity but although marked the same they are definitely different.

10oz every time, never had a customer choose 11 over 10oz. 10oz tend to be better quality mugs much of the time as well.

The 10oz mug is a standard British sized mug. The 11oz is a newer Chinese import sized mug. The 10oz mugs are cuter and much nicer looking but can be considered to be too small for some.

This is actually interesting. I never thought 10oz mugs were so common. We have always done 11oz mugs for years with no issue over size.
