Mug Squad Templates

Hi all

I purchased a bundle of mug templates from Mug Squad last week but I am having problems with quite a few of the templates. I can add photos in but they don’t sit inside the layers properly.

Has anyone else had this problem, very frustrating!

I have tried contacting Mug Squad by email and phone several times, without success!

I am not very impressed with this.

What program are you using to edit the templates?
it won’t be the templates at fault more user error I suspect.

send over the template your having issues with and describe the problem I’ll see where your going wrong.
