So far I have only recieved an email from the appointment facilitator thanking me for pre registering and stating that if I haven't recieved my ebadges that I will shortly (dated 17th Jan), and an email from Cliff Quicksell from the USA saying how he enjoys giving his presentations at the show.
We were hoping to go wednesday 25th so I will get back onto them on monday.

check your junk folder they come through as broadcast11@eventcommunity.co.uk

I did check the spam Laura, but it only had the email from Cliff Quicksell and an email from someone claiming to be from skype wanting me to log in to my paypal but they had come up as skype.co.com and I don't fall for those emails anyway.
I will check with trade only again on monday perhaps even phone them.

jack if it has not come through, dont panic, just take your original "thank you for registering" email up with you it will be fine
