Wow, I must be the odd one out!

I started my business when I left sixth form at the age of 18 - in 2006. Took graphic design, business studies, computer arts, and design tech - can't you tell I knew what I wanted to do from an early age :D

Didn't realise this forum was full of old people! (runs and hides). lol :p

My brain says I'm still 18 but my body tells the truth at 54.

Started off my working life as a screen printer & then went to be an automotive power train engineer as they wanted someone who was an experienced screen printer. Reason was there was new technology in coating piston skirts to cut down resistance in engine bores which made engines more fuel efficent. I was made redundant from that job because production was moved to Poland because Poles are cheap (see Paul:wink:) I then went into banking with RBS & then Barclays & really enjoyed it till some of us saw what was heading our way & got out as quickly as possible before it hit the fan.

I was doing dye sub to raise money for something I was involved with & seemed like a good idea to branch out with my own business.

Snap!!! (I keep telling myself it can not be true!)

Never too old to try something new.......... I'm just starting out! As a keen photographer I'll be putting my own images on T's mugs etc and hope they sell.

Am I old?

"For an apricot, yes. For a head of lettuce, even more so. But for a mountain I am not even begun in years. However, for a man I am just right."
