you need a sublimation printer, a heat press, some inks
but, the printers start at A4 size and go up to a few metres wide, the presses start a few inch square, and can also go up to metres in size - so you need to think about what you're wanting to print, and how many/often before you can work out what set up is best suited to you.
You've asked such a broad open question, that it is hard to answer ... have a read through the 1000s of posts here as all your questions have likley already been asked and answered a few hundred times.

Hi Topbloke

This may sound rude but sincerely it is not meant to be, this is a dye sub forum, not a I need help in setting up my business forum.

To answer you question on what sells well would depend on your target audience, whether you have a physical or online shop, or are just selling through ebay and even to a point of your location. You are effectively asking some of your competitors what they are selling lots of so you can start up selling the same thing.

Build a business on the information you have about your customers and it will be a successful one. Coming on here to find out what everyone else has spent time and money building up is very unfair.

I do wish you well in your new business venture and you will find most, if not all, the members on here willing to help you with any problems about dye sublimation.

Regards
