Mug designs

Hi there I am pretty new to sublimation and looking into getting either a 3dheat press or just a mug press but not sure which is best?
Also wondered if there was anywhere to download or purchase disc of mug designs from? or free of course.

Moderator Paul on here sells templates for mugs; christmas valentines, easter designs etc. Standard mug press is cheap and easy.
