i use an epson printer on a CISS the ink i use is called professional ink for ric. ICC profile i dont use i use photo shop then print (sorry im new to this)

First place to look for an ICC profile is the manufacturer of your ink - it is specific to your print, and one manufacturer's ICC won't be right for another ink.
If your manufacturer or supplier can't supply one, then you need to get one made, and the best place for these is Paul from this forum, and you can buy them from him here:

could it also be the mugs youuse ? all the other colours are perfect no run etc just black goes brown or light green

also my mugs are from monster doodle i seen some bad things online about them so i guess im using rubbish mugs also ? where is the best place to buy 11oz mugs in packs of 78 ?

Black going brown is often a sign of over cooking/burning the ink
Green is possibly not cooked enough, or your colour management is not right (no ICC)
Check out the supplier section of the forum, if you want recommended suppliers, but you are right in your assumption that bad mugs don't print well.
