I like the BMS European too but even they can vary in the box. Straightest ones I've seen are the Xpress ones and according to their blurb their own coating is dishwasher proof and has been fade tested to 800 wash cycles, don't know how that compares to Orca coating but seems pretty similar to RN

I do agree about the European mugs,
I used to use xpres mugs but tapering was an issue, I've not tried there Newer mug, they must have improved there design.
I'm Impressed with Subli Orca Mug, Straight dishwasher safe etc. Contact subli alan they will give you a sample.

Now I know this has probably been gone over a hundred times before but from what I understand/read Orca coating is not as 'dishwasher proof' as RN Coating or Duraglaze or at least not documented as so - is this not the case? In other words if I wanted to sell to cafes and the obviouse washing they would get which coating would I be better off with.
