Thank you to all of you who made the get together, pleased to hear you liked the sample boxes!
SatinSub mugs are a product that we developed and launched last year; glad you like them as much as we do

We have a design registration on the product and have patents pending. They have been independently tested to 500 washes in a dishwasher with no signs of deterioration.
Our Duraglaze mugs (our standard gloss PhotoMugs) have been independently tested to 2000 washes and do not fade. We are always trying to come up with new ideas and innovations designed for Dye Sublimation printing; AntiBug for example is our patent protected coating which kills 99.9% of bacteria. You do not have to do anything different in the decoration process and the protection lasts for the life of the mug.
We also have a range of different body styles which have been designed by us, again for dye sublimation printing....the Dinky Durham is proving particularly popular, it's a 7oz version of the Durham and works really well for coffee machines or as a kids mug.
If you would like samples or have questions about any of these products, give me a shout and I will arrange this for you.
Cheers,
Becki
p.s Don't forget you get a 10% discount on these products using the DSF code.

Please could I request a sample Satin Mug? I recently bought the start up kit from you and have been pleased with the Durham mugs but I'd be keen to see the difference in print/finish on the Satin mugs before I order more mugs.
Thank you, Melanie

I've just printed up the samples that Listawood sent me, and I have to say the finish is really nice indeed. I think they are onto a real winner here with these mugs.

This is sort of my concern with them. Firstly I will say that I think they are a nice mug and a great addition to the sublimation range. I think that Lisawoods and The Magic Touch really are leading the way in personlisation items.
But I have to sway that I think the satin mug is going to be a hard sell, I may well buy a box and see if my merchandisers take them, but the price is going to be a sticking issue as they have a 8-9 times mark up. Why get a satin mug when they can have a standard mug considerably cheaper. Likewise distance sellers are going to find it hard to justify the higher price when it is going to be nearly impossible to explain the difference.
I really hope they sell well though
