I have not heard the need to use the lint roller for laser printing. Do use it for Sublimation, but either way it does not hurt. Are you using the correct printer setting, Choosing Ultra Heavy 2.
I will test both my printers as well once I have a moment. That is a good idea with the boxes.

Registration is a matter of practice.
Did the video recommend registration marks.

KathG: I used Labels 2 setting on both printers.. Wil try with the Heavy setting next time.

GoldRapt: Registration in this instance means image alignment between two printers.. If I print an image on one printer and then put the same piece of paper in a 2nd printer and print, the alignment between both printers..

i think that was the setting for ULtrabrite Pro 2 the version 3 has slightly different settings. You can download the info from their web site.

KathG: Do you have the OKI 321dn colour model as well as the 32WB? have you experienced any registration issues?

I am having registration issues, not sure if anything can be done about it (short of buying another printer!).

Omar, I still have not had time to play. Saturday afternoon I will make time and do that test with the boxes and see how it goes.
The last print I did a couple of weeks ago everything seemed to line up except for a small area on the left side.
But I will test it and let you know.
I know I really must start using these printers, just been too busy with HTV and sublimation.

Hi, just a brief input. I have both printers from Sunangel - badged as 325C & 32WB which are both OKI 321DN models (bought together about 18 months ago, for the purpose of using together). I have ended up only use them separately after many hours of trying to sort out the registration issues between the two printers. You can adjust your design as much as you like but the problem is the inconsistency with which the paper is pulled through. If you find an adjustment that works on the first print, it may not work on subsequent prints. All the suggested tricks have been tried (ensuring guides are tight, carefully loading etc) to no avail. You can even thread the page back through the SAME printer and it still not line up properly. Inconsistency = wasted paper & wasted hours. Of course it could just be issues with my printers but whilst Annie at Sunangel has been helpful with other matters, this issue has never been properly addressed. I would be interested to know if you ever get yours to line up. On a positive note, using the white on its own is great!!

I contacted SunAngel (Annie no longer works there) and am waiting for some sample prints from the colour machine.

She must have only left in the last week or two.

That is a shame to hear Annie has left. She phoned me about the new ULtrabrite Pro 3 not that long ago.
