Sawgrass print problem.

Hi everyone,

we have the same problem, but with the Texprint-R paper. The blacks and dark colors are blurred and smeared. We print from PowerDriver and CS but the result is the same. From the CS is more smeared than from PowerDriver.

Any advice?

Sorry just seen this post. Or issue was caused by a dodgy batch of paper.
Switching to truepix papers completely sorted the problem.

Interesting. We only use the Textprint-R paper (pre-cut mug paper size from Xpres) and had 100% success rate.
