Tried this again... Installed the ICC profile but still getting this result before I put the power on

my guess is loose lint on the fabric?
Have you tried a lint roller first, - or the backing from vinyl, - to remove any loose bits of fluff so it cannot stray?

I'm using a Ricoh 3110
I've used all my paper now. But it looked the same as what I had already pressed, hence why I didn't press that image.

I use this stuff, must print at high speed and make sure the powder is clean.
