That's always possible, I'm just very surprised that we missed it and sent it. After further conversation with the customer we've discovered that she lives in the hottest and most humid part of Australia, but as we pointed out, that shouldn't matter as they're dishwasher proof which must be even hotter and more humid. We're sending her another one to see if it happens again, or at the very least reassure ourselves that it was our mistake rather than anything else that could happen again.
Had to be on the other side of the planet of course, couldn't have happened in the UK!

LOL!

Blyth eh? Have you ever tried Tynemouth Market? Bloody disaster! We've given up for good. Just can't seem to sell anything around here.

The bleeding happens as the mug cools down, so it looks great coming out of the press.

Just had the same problem, 72 mugs sent to a regular client and 35 of them have bled. I can only assume that I packed them back into the boxes whilst they were too warm. Granted I was cracking through them with a number of presses on the go, and hence may not have left them infront of the fan for long enough. Due to the large number of orders that day it was a very late night as well. Mistakes like that really annoy me, as it's my fault and avoidable.
Onwards.

I do feel for you. If we relied on local sales we couldn't do it. Aside from a few of the businesses around the Pods at Amble where we do a bit of wholesale, everything we do is internet based or dropshipped.

They've spent a lot of money around Newbiggin sea front over the last few years on improvements. I see you are now in Lincolnshire, which part? I spent most of my life there in Grantham and Sleaford. My son is still there living in Heckington.

Ahh, thank you for that bit of advice. I'd never experienced it before ..... now I can blame whoever packed it!

We lived just up the hill in Great Gonerby and I went to St Wulframs School, also worked awhile at Downtown on Gonerby Moor when it very first opened ...... used to get a free £5 dinner ticket for the Little Chef next door, you'd be surprised how quickly the novelty of that five times a week wears off!
