Haha, Raja customer care is fantastic. I had an issue with a pallet of mugs a fair while ago; I was too busy to deal with it, contacted them a few days ago to get it sorted and they've been true to their word. I'm sure other companies would slime out of dealing with it, but first class help. Xpres; I couldn't be bothered phoning up for discounts either and it's 2p per mug of a difference, but again first class customer care with quality issues.

My mum still complains about staining Listawood mugs...from 15 years ago!
