Lining the design up on the t-shirt is again, very time consuming. Is there anything you can recommend to speed up this process?
Never tried this myself, but I was wondering if laying a piece of clear application tape, sticky side up, on your cutting mat then laying your vinyl words on top of that would help in alignment?

You could lay out all the words on the application tape and align them with the grid of the cutting mat below, much easier and more accurate than fiddling about trying to place them directly to the t-shirt. Then it would simply be a matter of laying the application tape holding all the words onto the t-shirt, a quick eyeball to make sure it's centred, then press.

This, of course, would mean having a decent-sized press that allows pressing of the whole design in one go.

That's a great idea, maybe I could get a piece of acrylic that is gridded which I could use instead. My only issue would be different placement for the different sizes however I could Mark off where each one goes for each size (does that make sense?!?). Something to think about, thanks webtrekker
