If you are a business seller, then your contact details are in your shop details - or at least mine are

Not for long! Apparently eBay support told me they are going to remove the contact details at the bottom of the listing and move them somewhere else but not on a product page.

At present yes, but a lot of customers don't bother to look there, in fact they often don't bother to look at the contact details in the body of the listing either, but hey ho, as I said I am sure eBay are going to end up just like Amazon!

Just to say we have changed all our listings to remove email and telephone numbers but left the details in the confirmation email after purchase. So far orders are still coming in although we have seen about a 25% rise in "how do we send you the photo?" questions.

eBay will exclude products with contact information in images sadly - https://tamebay.com/2017/06/clarificati ... ay-uk.html
It seems today is the first day that contact information has been removed from listing and just trying to work out where it is as it is UK law to have it somewhere.

ebay have now gone back on it and are not abolishing watermarks

In the ebay Q & A they stated that if anyone put a phone number or email in a photo they would give them a 7 day ban, be careful !

Would they not notify the seller first and give them a chance to remove the offending image, or would it be an automatic ban?
