And colors... what do you think?

Hi, I had this problem when I started. After I'd tried everything from different paper to a different mug press, I'd exchanged loads of emails with the supplier. In the end I took a 250 mile drive to the supplier I brought it from and sat down with him and went through it all. Turned out my printer settings were wrong. Took an hour to find out, a minute to fix, and now its still all good.

I'd double check your printer settings are correct. If your unsure Ill let you know mine and see if it makes a difference.
