The paper you have purchased is our Subli-Sharp paper, it can be used for texiles / t-shirts but works best on 100% bright white polyester. It does work on polycotton but the results are not as good. Subli-Sharp paper is better suited to hard substrates such as ceramic, metal sheets, coated MDF wood etc.

We sell a fabric specific paper called Subli-TEXTILE which is much better and has a high release coating ideal for fabrics as the fabric absorbs a lot of ink leaving a faded finish.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me.
1- Yes im using inktec sublinova inks.
2- I have tested both sides of transfer paper- seems to be roughly the same results.
3-I previously tested on a t shirt i had previously printed from a printer so the fabric was ok.
4- i am pressing at 200 degrees and have tested different time ranges from 15-60 seconds.

i havent tested the epson on 100% polyester yet just the flock paper, i have ordered some polyester to test print on.
Im hoping the flock paper is the issue.

If anyone has any other ideas what may be the issue for the faded outcome please let me know

So received some samples today from alex @ inkexpress.
Changed some printer settings from advise alex gave and look at the difference in the results!
Colours are alot more vibrant and bright, image no longer looks faded, distorted and 2d.

And this is with no icc set up.
Printed on sample 100% polyester fabric for testing purposes.
