I have this printer and have uploaded the ICC Profile in the downloads section on this site:

I have uploaded the Signworldz profile as that seems to work well with most ink/paper, but if you use a specific brand let me know and I will see if I have that also for you.
Just looking at your picture, I presume you have the printer set to colour and not greyscale ? stupid question I know but it looks grey scale to me.
