Any chance you can put the ebay item number up so we can compete?

i think that the forsale section should be something like :
only for members with 10 or more postings
if the item is on ebay, the ebay reference must be listed - or the post removed
the members contact number or email must be in the advert on the thread - or post removed
this is not having a go at claret man, but its obvious some members have tried to get in contact, but for whatever reason, its not working both ways

I agree, and I think all such posts should be accompanied by the price the seller hopes to get. The word "reasonable" or "sensible" doesn't cut it because these words mean different things to different people - a buyer's "reasonable" figure is always going to be less than the seller's "reasonable" figure - as the OP's use of "reasonable-ish" in relation to a couple of offers demonstrates. A ballpark figure is needed so that everyone knows where they stand.
I almost never reply to the offers in this for sale sections because I'm not a haggler. If there's no price listed, then it's clearly too expensive for me, so I click elsewhere. It's the same reason that I never buy from a website that won't show its prices when you browse.

Hi guys, sorry for not posting a response earlier, been rather ill. I too agree that it would be better to put an asking price (I'll remember that for next time.) Also, I didn't know we were allowed to post a link to the eBay auction, otherwise I would have done that too!I have had lots of interest and offers, but now sold all of the above in one job lot to someone who I can tell is really enthusiastic about dye sub printing. He must be, as he drid a 300mile round-trip to collect all the gear.
Many thanks for the interest and advice!
